The game is not Modern Combat 6 and they aren’t planning to make a MC6 anytime soon. The Montreal studio was behind MC3 & MC4. The game also has time-unlocked chests to receive new Agents to play.ĭevelopment started around 2016 by the Montreal subsidiary of Gameloft and co-developed with Gameloft Bucharest. The game features “Agents” which are unlockable characters with different abilities such as Super Speed, Invisibility, Toxic Gas, AR (scan for enemies) and more. The game has two game modes: one of them requires you kill the enemies and collect as much “data” as possible, and the other is capture the zone. The game is only multiplayer but does have a Bot mode but still requires internet connection to be able to play. They went for a game more comparable to games like Overwatch. Gameplay Focuses more on a “hero” based shooter, Instead of the typical military/ tactical shooter.
